From the planning stage with Stuart, right through to final installation with Geoff and Jake, Goliath are always there for you. They never forget that you are the customer! Nothing is too much trouble. They are not pushy and certainly don't try to upsell items. In fact just the opposite. We were encouraged to simplify our patio doors design as it would save us £2400 in total. I can't recall another company being that honest and considerate before. Workmanship is top quality. They started when they said they would, and finished when they said they would - on time! And very little tidying up for us to do when they had finished. Needless to day we are over the moon with our new windows and doors, and secure in the knowledge that everything (including the glazing units) is fully guaranteed for 10 years. Will we use Goliath again? Absolutely - no thinking about it required. And all the friends and family that I've recommended Goliath to have had the same experience as us.
