Goliath Home World recently added cladding at the front of our house in place of old Tudor boarding and also replaced a kitchen window. We found everybody a pleasure to deal with from opening site visit and quote through to installation and end administration (payment and issue of guarantees). We have recently had the Mock Tudor Boarding replaced on our property by Goliath Home World. From the first visit to provide quotation to completion of installation, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of all Goliath staff with whom we have interacted. From our initial contact at the goliath showroom to Stuart coming to our home to quote on the supply and fit of our new windows and doors and showing us how the different colours of windows available would look on our property,which was a great help to us as it helped us make the right decision for our home . After this the window surveyor attend on the date and time agreed and checked  our order and gave us a fit date. The window fitters attended on the date given and were professional and courteous around and in our home - dust sheets laid throughout and fitters communicated at every step of the install. Recommended by friend who had their conservatory roof and windows replaced by Goliath some years ago. We had the same and added an insulated floor for us to lay our own flooring. From beginning to end Goliath have been excellent and professional in their response and execution. Goliath were very accommodating when adjustments arose during the build. Goliath came highly recommended and we’ve not been disappointed.  Fantastic quality work.  There were a few issues along the way (groundworks that could not have been foreseen) and they kept me updated through every step and took some of the financial burden as well. There's a reason we always use Goliath if we can. They are simply the best at what they do. From the planning stage with Stuart, right through to final installation with Geoff and Jake, Goliath are always there for you. They never forget that you are the customer! Nothing is too much trouble.  They are not pushy and certainly don't try to upsell items. In fact just the opposite. We were encouraged to simplify our patio doors design as it would save us £2400 in total. I can't recall another company being that honest and considerate before. Workmanship is top quality. They started when they said they would, and finished when they said they would - on time! And very little tidying up for us to do when they had finished. Needless to day we are over the moon with our new windows and doors,  and secure in the knowledge that everything (including the glazing units) is fully guaranteed for 10 years. Will we use Goliath again? Absolutely - no thinking about it required. And all the friends and family that I've recommended Goliath to  have had the same experience as us. Good communications from start to finish, very pleased with the quality of the doors and windows,the 2 fitters were polite and professional, they left no mess and were respectful to our property. We've had a couple of minor issues that have been swiftly dealt with, all in all very pleased 👍
